  1. I work on 3 principles. You may only have any 2:
    Cheep Fast Good
    Cheep and Fast Is exactly that, but the result will not be good.
    Cheep and Good Again, as described, but will not be fast!
    Fast and Good You Guessed It! It won't Be Cheep!
  2. What exactly do you want from your computer
  3. What is absolutly vital for you to keep?
  4. Do you have this in more than one location? (Yes, i mean backed up OFF the pc!)
